To my family for supporting my desire to study Equine massage therapy. Frank Bell helped me find a field in which I could use my abilities to benefit the general horse public. Missy Axton-Wryn gave me private lessons to study her approach to Natural Horsemanship hands-on. This helped me become more confident with horse handling. Missy also encouraged me to study Equine massage. Denise Ashcraft, without your acceptance of me as a student my dreams would still be in the works. Your friendliness and willingness to make any adjustments to my needs made an immense impact on my life. You took me in happily and that, in turn made me happy. I thank the Washington State Braille Access Center for transcribing my horse anatomy book. It is important for the BAC staff, members and volunteers to understand how much they helped. I assure you without their resources successfully passing the certification would had been next to impossible. Susan and John Winter, thank you for starting vaughnbrown.com! They offered their efforts into creating a foundation for this site. Billy Henry is a good friend of mine. He helps me with this site and I am grateful for this. Without him my site would not be as creative as it is. I also want to thank the horse owners for letting me massage their horses; they provide me the best education! I thank the horses who I massage; they teach me a lot and expand my comfort zone. I am blessed with friends, horse friends, family and horses. There is a lesson I learned while exploring this path; that following my heart was and is the best way to go!
