The energy flows. It doesn’t matter the limitations to me. Only the rhythm and understanding counts when we work together. It takes time to flow as one or to balance each other but we are getting more comfortable with each other every time. Why, it’s the energy and intentions that counts. Do you realize that it takes a wise person to understand horses? I met people who truly understand horses or who seek to understand. I also met those who grab a horse for money or ribbons and I wonder how the horse functions at all under such attitudes. I am not a perfect horseman and do not believe I ever will be. However, let me balance that by saying the day I am a perfect horseman is the day I’ll stop learning or wanting to learn. When I touch this lovely creature, be them good or troubled, be them unbroke or trained, my ego fades. The horse heals me of sinful ego; they heal me of not being in the moment... I am the only horseman in my present-day family as far as I know but the support is there nonetheless. It is a spirit who guided me to horses. Someone in the past in my ancestry was a horseman. I am quite happy when around a horse, more than happy; it is deeper than passion which draws me to the horse. The energy flows, the smell is soothing, the natural interest to understand the horse possess, why it’s stunningly beautiful.
See if you can remove your confused, doubtful, human mind from your being. Allow your thoughts to come from the horse as you rest your hand upon his forehead. It is an experience no words can describe; nothing in the language of speech can describe such feelings or fascinations that come with this perspective. Do not stress over explaining such experiences when reflecting, do not define it with words but with emotions and pictures. The horse does not speak in words but in action and expressions; to go so far to ponder the thoughts in pictures, to smell and to otherwise sense what words cannot do. If the experience is defined by words most of the beauty is lost. When asked by someone to describe such feelings, answer with “I felt it and I know it.”
Negativity tends to dominate posited energies, emotions, thoughts and beyond. Do not give negative more negative to feed upon. The positive will soon be stronger because the negative becomes weaker. This is the beauty of healing. The energy of light flows. The positive energy from one source can outdo a negative energy related to injuries thus weakening the negative’s life to harass the ill. The rhythm of light and life is so beautiful that the frantic patterns of negative energies cannot keep in sink with goodness. This the horse wants to feel, to know, the goodness and happiness and positive understanding of the mind and energies, body and soul.
Do not logic such matters for that is the sin of having a mind molded from society. Horses do not know society as humans see it thus it’s unfair to burden the horse with such difficult subjects. The goodness, the understanding love, the positive energy and the sense of leadership as a leader or parent is what keeps such a relationship going for the horse—and be it the human’s ways too. No limits abound can stop once all is balanced. |
